Task
We proceed from the belief that each resident of the city should have its own neighboring center - a place for the exchange of resources and collective actions to develop life on the territory. The purpose of the video: to form an idea among active citizens and urban communities about what the neighboring center is and what functions it can take in the development of the territory.
Ideas and solutions
For a simple and understandable explanation of a rather complex and technological concept, the Garant Center and the Gladway Foundation created a three-minute video summarizing all the main principles and functions of the neighboring centers. The target audience of the video is urban communities and active citizens, as well as NGOs involved in the development of territories, social and economic support for life in the territories, support for social programs and NGOs, a small business open to the formation of an urban social environment (for example, cafes and leisure centers) medium and big business, taking responsibility for the development of life in the territories (for example, developers and city-forming enterprises), municipal institutions and regional authorities. The video immediately received a large number of responses from experts and partners - including NGO resource centers, developers, and urbanists. The number of views in two weeks is about 1000 views, quite a bit, but that's all - nonrandom viewers interested in creating neighborhood centers as elements of the formation of cities of the future.
