Renaming and rebranding the company while maintaining the continuity of the existing brand, redesigning the site based on new positioning and reorganizing the designer’s management system
Ideas and solutions
It was necessary to create a new, fresh name that would cease to hold the project within, namely, be focused only on the audience of photographers, while the company was already actively working with startups from various fields of activity. It was also necessary to update the control system of the designer part for the user. As part of the task, the following semantic definitions were identified: the brand should lie on the border of recognition and anonymity (a platform on the basis of which the user is able to create his own identification not applied to the identification of the service). Design, on the one hand, was supposed to be purely utilitarian, but on the other hand, it contained reputational decisions in the presentation of content, its design for the user. A blank sheet lined and protruding like a reference. Also, several widgets covering user needs were added to the designer, such as: ready-made templates, feedback form, sections for block zoning, custom indentation, and icon and font libraries.
