• To launch Gett Delivery service in the market; • To increase Gett brand awareness as a delivery service company, especially in DAAS (B2B/B2C) segment; • To increase the amount of monthly orders by more than 20%
Ideas and solutions
• We built a digital strategy where Gett Delivery was promoted with a set of different tools such as performance, influencer and e-mail marketing. • We created the high converting website to inform the audiences about the service: https://gett.delivery • We selected 4 audiences: DAAS (B2B/B2C), C2C and Couriers. For each audience we developed an ad campaign with personalized message. • All traffic was led to the website — the main instrument for audience engagement with a service. Results: Average order conversion rate for new website has grown two times 1. DAAS B2B/B2C (big business) Average order conversion rate – 2,7 %, Maximum – 7%; Average session duration – 1,18 min; Average page depth – 2 pages. 2. DAAS B2B/B2C (small business) Average order conversion rate – 4,5%; Average session duration – 3 min; Average page depth – 3,5 pages. 3. C2C Average order conversion rate on «How to call a courier» button - 17%; Average order conversion rate on «Download Application» button - 22%; Average session duration - 3 min Average page depth -3,3 pages 3. Gett Courier Average order conversion rate – 17%; Average session duration – 2,5 min; Average page depth – 3 pages.
