We’ve created bold communication aimed at different segments of the audience. To achieve the desired result, each publication in the brand account is intended for a particular audience and is promoted to it. At the same time, the posts remain understandable not only to a narrow segment, but they also get a response from a wide audience. Also, we are actively building the community, working with the audience both within our accounts and outside them. All this, while maintaining a general distinct tone of voice and irony, allows us to receive a greater response and attention from the audience. In the first four months of work, we achieved excellent results: — 498,521 reactions to the content (best engagement rate in the category) — 65,000 new subscribers — 317 publications in thematic public accounts on social media and in the accounts of opinion leaders — 15,290,000 viral reach
