Task
To launch Gett Delivery in the market and increase the amount of monthly orders in the service
Ideas and solutions
- First, we developed a digital strategy to generate the demand on instant delivery service. - Then we created individual ad campaigns with the messages personalized for the different audiences: DAAS B2B/B2C, C2C, Couriers - And solved the following tasks with the diverse set of 360 marketing tools: Awareness Engagement Consideration Purchase Relation/Retention To achieve this we successfully completed the following tasks: 1. Developed the style guide 2. Created animated and static banners for regular customers and e-commerce audience as part of our performance campaign. 3. Created high converting website that introduced the service features in a clear way: https://gett.delivery, 4. Ran promo and partnership programs for gender-based holidays with more than 30 bloggers and opinion leaders. 5. Ran performance campaigns: FB, IG, VK, MyTarget, Yandex, Google, programmatic OLV. 6. Created series of animated videos for OLV campaign 7. Launched an E-commerce exhibition with Gett Delivery as the main sponsor 8. Regularly worked on cost-per-lead optimization. 9. Developed content for regular e-mail newsletters. 10. Came up with personalized messages to attract the audience from Gett Taxi customer base. Results: Two times growth in an average order conversion rate for the new website; +10 % growth in brand awareness across the target audience (with organic growth); More than 20% increase on demand per 1 year (with organic growth); 9 000 000 + views of advertising materials; 7 000 000 + unique users in business segment; 70 000 visits on Gett Delivery website; 20 000 of Gett Delivery App downloads; 200 000 + deliveries completed with Gett Delivery
